Returns & Exchanges

At BEÁ Style Curators, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and as such we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability. While we hope that you are delighted with your order, If you've received a defected or incorrect item, please kindly let us know and we'd be happy to assist you with an exchange. You are entitled to an exchange within 7 days (except Sales items) of receipt should it meet the below requirements:

All returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered & accompanied by the original tags (the brand and the shop) attached to the piece, (Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it's obvious that this hasn't been done.), item(s) that does not meet the criteria will be denied. 

An Exchange service is also extended to customers who are dissatisfied with their purchases due to sizing issues. However we regret to inform you that any shipping cost incurred by the customer, are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by the shop. Furthermore if an exchange has been requested, the customer may be charged additional shipping. To request for a return, please kindly email us at customercarebeastylecurators@gmail.com and we will assist you.

Sales items are not entitled to refunds or exchanges.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY FOR DISSATISFIED PURCHASE

- Costs for return shipping as well as shipping back to the recipient will have to be bear by the customer fully.

- Free normal postage / priority shipping is not applicable when customer choose to exchange due to dissatisfied purchase.
- Postage charges for shipping back to the customer will be deducted on the credit note.
- Customers with dissatisfied purchase are only entitled to a limit of ONE exchange per order.
- Any further exchanges after a new exchange made to the existing order will strictly not be allowed.
- To be eligible for an exchange, merchandise must be returned in original condition. Any item that does not meet the criteria will not be accepted.
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of dispatched date for orders send to Singapore, within 10 days for international orders.
- Any items that are returned to us after the stipulated period will sadly be ignored.
- The returned goods are your responsibility until they reached our office.
- For exchanges, once we have received your package, we will process it within 2 working days.
- Strictly no cash refunds are allowed. 
- Credit notes will be issued to customer with dissatisfied purchase.
- You may use the credit note to exchange for an item of the same value. If you wish to exchange any items that are valued higher than your credit note, a top up will have to be made.
- If you wish to exchange any items that are valued lower than your credit note, no refunds will be made. 
- All credit notes are valid for 30 DAYS from the date of issue.
- Sales items are strictly non-refundable and non exchangeable.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY FOR DEFECTIVE/ INCORRECT ITEMS

- Costs for both return shipping as well as shipping back to the recipient will be fully covered by us if the mistake was ours. 
- To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, merchandise must be returned in original condition. Any item that does not meet the criteria will not be accepted.
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of dispatched date for orders send to Singapore, within 10 days for international orders.
- Any items that are returned to us after the stipulated period will sadly be unaccepted.
- The returned goods are your responsibility until they reached our office.
- Please kindly attach the return notice together with your package.
- No cash refunds is allowed, a credit note will be issued to you unless the new piece for defected and incorrect item is out of stock.
- For exchanges, once we have received your package, we will process it within 5 working days.
- You may use the credit note to exchange for an item of the same value. If you wish to exchange any items that are valued higher than your credit note, a top up will have to be made.
- If you wish to exchange any items that are valued lower than your credit note, no refunds will be made.
- All credit notes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- Length discrepancy of 0.5 - 1.5" in our given measurements shall not be considered as a defect.
- Sales items are strictly non-refundable and non exchangeable.
