DELIVERY INFORMATION FOR DESTINATIONS

Delivery: 3-7 working days

Free Shipping for all orders within Singapore.

(Shipping fee may change based on special promotions.)

International Shipping

For international shipping, please refer to our shipping calculator when you check out for rates via our third party shipping.

Asia

Approximately 5-10 working days

Australia
Approximately 7-10 working days

Europe

DELIVERY TIME

We endeavour to dispatch all products ordered within 48 working hours after the order has been placed and accepted by us, subject to stock availability, stock location and quality checks.

** Due to the reduction or cancellation of flights by airlines because of any pandemic, war or natural disaster, delivery time may be subject to delay. **

Singapore
In Singapore, orders are delivered 5.5 days a week, excluding Sundays and statutory Public Holidays.

Rest of World
Orders are delivered Monday to Friday, subject to international courier delivery times in your country.

Restrictions on jewellery
We are currently unable to dispatch orders containing jewellery to China, Russia & United Kingdom. In order to receive your jewellery purchases, we suggest that you arrange for your shipment to be delivered to an alternative destination.

Restrictions on perfume & candle
For perfume & candle, we can only deliver to Singapore addresses. Any order with shipping address outside of this location will be cancelled due to delivery restriction.

TAXES AND DUTIES

All countries (except Singapore) are shipped to on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, which means that if your parcel must go through customs clearance, any additional charges incurred shall be borne by you. 

Our courier will contact customers about the details of any import duty to pay. Customs policies vary from region to region, we advise you to contact your local customs authority to determine the cost of import tax and duties of your order prior to your placing orders with us.

SHIPPING

It can be sent to an address selected by you. (home, work, etc. - never a PO Box)

We endeavour to dispatch all products ordered within 24 hours after the order has been placed and accepted by us. You will be given an indication of the expected delivery time after you have placed your order online.

BEÁ Style Curators team will try their best to meet these estimates but cannot guarantee that such estimates must be met.

BEÁ Style Curators insures each order through transit up until it is delivered to you. You need to sign a confirmation of receipt of the products when the products are collected and by doing so, you accept the responsibility for the products ordered from that moment on. If the recipient is not the original purchaser, or in case of delivery of a gift, then you accept this signature as an evidence of delivery and fulfilment of your order by BEÁ Style Curators. You also accept the associated transfer of responsibility in the same way.

BEÁ Style Curators reserves the right to update its shipping policy at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Please be informed that in some cases your local customs office may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared. During such instances, the estimated delivery time may be affected.

If you refuse a shipment from BEÁ Style Curators, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to BEÁ Style Curators. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Please contact us your shipping and handling questions or comments.

 IN-STORE COLLECTION

To add convenience and flexibility to your shopping experience, you can order online and opt to personally collect, or send a representative for, your purchase from a pre-designated BEÁ Style Curators store during weekdays.

This service is available for orders placed in Singapore and to be collected from Singapore: BEÁ Style Curators 8D Dempsey Road, 03-04 – Dempsey Hill.

Simply select the Pick Up In Store option on the Shipping page at Checkout. This option will only be displayed if your selected shipping country is Singapore. We will notify you once the order is ready for pick up. You will have 2 weeks’ time to collect it in designated store.

To collect your order present your printed order confirmation and the credit card used to make the purchase or, a photo ID of the person named as collecting on your behalf.

You would be notified with a shipment e-mail once we confirm the parcel is ready for pick up. The tracking number is an indication of the collection store and arrival date, it is not a trackable number with any courier.

Please mindful that the customer haven’t picked up the order after 6 months, the order would be cancelled and we would refund 60% of the paid price through your original payment.

INSURANCE

BEÁ Style Curators insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by BEÁ Style Curators and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
